The fabulous Week Ten in Room 27

This week we did a lot. I can't explain it all in this sentence but I can show you in these paragraphs:

On the 10 of April we met Miss Falkner's Mum. Her name was Kate. She was helping us with our Community Cloth sewing. We all got a fabric heart and glued our paper hands on top.It was really fun and a new experience for a lot of us. Everyone enjoyed it and we all felt proud of our work. At the end Kate gave us an easter egg.

On Wednesday Room 27 went to Room 18 to show them how year 6's work and play and how year 2's work and play. We demonstrated Manaakitanga, one of our school values.

Also on the 10th of April we had to go to year 3 classes to eat because the year 6 and year 5 teachers were at E Pa's farewell.

This week there has been a lot of houses doing oral language. We had Kowhai doing shared book and blue doing impromptu speeches.
