The amazing week 8 and 9

We are coming to an end to the term. We are all very tired but had a great week with the beautiful Miss Falkner at Quail Island. Talking about Quail Island, we had a great time there. It was a very long walk.

This week is the last week of Friday sports for the cricket A team. We are all very excited about the final game on Friday! We all hope for a win.

For homework we had to do the Multiple Intelligence test online. Once we had all finished we used SOLO see, think, wonder to analyse the results. After that we glued our results graph onto coloured paper and stuck them on the wall. They look really great and we can see what kind of learners we are.

On Thursday Mrs Craig watched us do writing we did recounts on Quail Island. First we did our plan and then our hooks. Kate did a great hook and this is it.

Do you want to go to a tropical island? Well this isn't the story for you. This is close enough, it's Quail island!

We liked Kate's hook because it made you think that it was a tropical island!

Lots of sports trials have been happening lately. We think that Mr W is getting in quick so he can get all the great soccer players. Good on you Mr W we would do the same!

Here are all of the trials:

 Grass Hockey
 Netball
Soocer
Rugby (tackle)

We are also trying out some parts of this new modern learning.
That's all from us!
